The family business started in 2005 by Brian Taubert father of 10 kids from Southwest Minnesota. Business took of as a painting, carpentry and wallpaper removal under the name of Fresh Coat Painter and Carpentry.

Nathan Taubert worked alongside his father Brian for 16 years before moving to Georgia where he begins his own painting and carpentry business. 

During this time Nathan learned the art of wallpaper installation as an apprentice under Mr. Wallpaper, installing commercial and residential, vinyl, grass cloth, peel and stick, woven and unwoven, fabric paper. Now the Taubert & Co is a team of four siblings and a franchise location in North Florida's St Augustine area with Bruce Blauer.
